Return Policy

Returns allowed within 14 days upon receipt. Please email customercare.us@greenpan.com with your order number for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels and packaging still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.
