Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 90 days of product receipt. Please email customercare.us@greenpan.com with your order number for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels and packaging still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest returning via a trackable common carrier.
